I am wondering if anyone has info on how I would go about making my own equipment such as Double End bag, Speed-bag and platform, speed-ball{Reflex bag}? I found the info on the board about making a slip-bag. However I was wondering how I would make the other stuff. I have always been into making my own stuff rather than buying it, due to not having alot of cash. I understand I may have to buy the speed-bag and platform. However the others I think I can make. Any suggestions please list them, thanks in advance,

Yep. Same deal. Wheelbarrow, tire pulling, etc. etc. I'm making Tszyu's catball device. That's my art project for this week...

You can buy just the speedball and swivel off e-bay, make the paltform yourself and save some cash. I hit upon old propane cylinders for doing odd-object lifting, carrying etc. They can be filled with water to vary their weight and you can usually find them dumped on a country lane with other crap.

i bought a speed bag lately and i just threw it away, because it was everlast, dont buy everlast unless you want to waste 55 dollars

this is also a question ive been meaning to ask since i cannot go to the gym right now im trying to make a speedbag platform but im on very limited space as well as other equipment any help would be great

i got an idea to make a double end bag
K take a soccer ball or volley ball deflate it a little then take 2 bungie cords ducktape one to one side of the ball and one to the other and then attach it to the ceiling on one side and to the floor on the other.
