On a serious note i'm having my first sparring match tommorow since that unfortunate event. I've been training lightly the last few weeks but this is my official one. I'm alittle apprehensive but i guess i'll be fine, it's someone my own weight this time. :)

:D I hear he has been actively sparring over the last few weeks and is improving well, it may be best to avoid that fight again. I have seen people get into petty rivalries at gyms and they aren't pretty. I shouldn't get bitter, i must have fought about 100 times at my own weight and i have never been seriously hurt or put on the canvas so i guess i'll play it safe. :)

hi Winter, its THE boxing hall in the uk, not the biggest but the one most stepped in tradtion with very knowledgble crowds a great atmposhwere and lots of the fighters are very accesible for interviews and the like, its in Londons East End.
