alza1988 07-13-2010, 12:02 AM Green k for you man good thread :boxing:
One more round 07-13-2010, 12:20 AM I don't really find it useful to look at these. First of all they are pros training for 12 rd fights, and secondly, if you see something unique they are doing, you can't just randomly take it and start doing it, you need to know what stage of camp they do it at, why they do it, etc
Still interesting, but you know.
Toney Loc 07-13-2010, 12:33 AM Roberto Duran sure loved Coca-Cola. :lol1:

One more round 07-13-2010, 12:55 AM Roberto Duran sure loved Coca-Cola. :lol1:
Haha I noticed that too. Was that when he was a 135lber? How would he have made weight drinking that 3 times a day
GymRat 07-13-2010, 01:40 AM These were taken by me. If you need any more, visit the thread in my signature.

Majority of people on these forums are new fighters, almost all of them are amature, and few are pro.
They are training for long distance fights.
An example would be for an Olympic sprinter to study tapes and do the same work out that a 20 mile marathon runner does. It hurts you more then anything. Stick to your sprints(Running, bag and pad work, jump rope).
Check_hooks 07-13-2010, 03:16 AM mayweathers diet, breakfast - popeyes

toehead 07-13-2010, 04:31 AM Eddie Mustaffa Muhammed & Enzo macrinelli would be awesome thanks!
ScottDBA 07-13-2010, 06:20 AM Roberto Duran sure loved Coca-Cola. :lol1:

Good job living up to your ignorant white trash values.
Thanks for the links, though.
Squirrel 07-13-2010, 10:31 AM Good info, thanks TS.
Not an amazing lot of use though, we all train with those exercises! And the questions are a bit general.
Do you eat food?
Do you train?
Do you engage in or perform activities?
How often do you breathe?

True, the questions are basic.

Does this mean Manny is an uppercut?
DiLLiNGER 07-13-2010, 11:42 AM for some reason i cant open up the danny green link.
boxer2k5 07-14-2010, 04:59 AM nice post i like comparing my workouts to pros. glad to know mines is jsut as good if not better than some
DiLLiNGER 07-14-2010, 10:41 AM Vitalis workout adds up to 1h 30 min but he spends 3 hrs in the gym, I wonder what he's doin the other hour n' half.
I know this an old thread, but somebody linked to it at NSB. I find this very interesting.

Agreed. It's pretty pointless to copy pros in my opinion.
Earl Hickey 10-06-2010, 10:24 PM Miguel Cotto
"before you won the world title, did you have a job?"
"Yes i went to university"
Earl Hickey 10-06-2010, 10:35 PM Vitalis workout adds up to 1h 30 min but he spends 3 hrs in the gym, I wonder what he's doin the other hour n' half.
I'd laugh if he was walking around, flexing in the mirror and ****.
the_painless 10-07-2010, 05:06 PM Juan Manuel Marquez has a glass of his own urine. I don't think any benefits
of doing that are worth it!
