What's your current diet like?

Breakfast- i have oatmeal, eggs with toast, or cereal, usually washed with a cup of chocolate milk.

Lunch- Salad with chicken, BLT, or a chicken sandwhich with lettuce tamatos and BBQ and washed down with water.

After boxing - i have an apple and water on the ride home.

Dinner- Baccala (fish) with Verdad (variation of cooked vetebles), Chicken with rice and gandules, or pasta with ground beef.

I usually have 10 glasses of water a day- I am very thirsty

Excellent diet.

Two things though:

1. How are your energy levels? you don't seem to eat much. Do you recover well from training?

2. You might want to invest in a protein supplement to increase the amount of protein in your diet.

don't be afraid of putting more dairy into your diet, like cheese and milk. As well as yoghurts, nuts and more fruit.

Everyday I feel fresh, except for soreness, but I am always ready and well rested, as for suplements my mom doesn't neccesaraly care for them, what should i eat after my workout to not be too drained on my ride back.

Got a question about protein. Im a boxer myself and will compete in my first fight on September. I am 6' ft tall and weigh 180 pounds. I don't want to loose muscle but want to cut a bit of weight. What should my daily intake of proteins be?

Not sure what this guy means by puffy.

Eating before bed time i've never had an issue with, always been fine for me.

WHITE bread. Whole grain bread is pretty good. Only if you're super desperate to lose weight would I avoid bread entirely.
