They say the average adult male has a shoulder width of 40-48cm and hip width of 31-40cm. so can ppl post theirs. and try to make it accurate plz. these are mine:

Frame size is told by WRIST size!, measure your wrist can you put your index finger and thumb touch when you hold your wrist? and measure it with a measuring tape as well.

:D You can tell your frame by wrist size, thats a stupid myth found in bb magazines bud.Pugnacious has it spot on with the shoulder and hip measurements.Any way now thats cleared up ill answer the question,
my shoulder measurments are 52, my hip is 30.
If you wanna add width do lateral raises, they work your posterior delts perfectly. ;)

learn to love to hit the speed bag religiously and jump rope and your shoulders will widen quite nicely. i myself never do any shoulder lifting except maybe once every couple of months .
