He's getting ready to return to boxing – again.
He has begun training for a fight in March, his first since being knocked out by Danny Williams in July.
Tyson issued a statement yesterday denying published reports that he is depressed and that he has been using cocaine.-WPVI.com
Honestly,I will always pay to watch Mike Tyson because he is the most excting and unpredictable fighter of all time. Will you still pay to see Tyson fight?

.....I would pay to see him fight one of the guys mentioned above. I would not pay to see him fight Holy again or some stiff.
Truth 12-08-2004, 06:42 PM Also you know you have to keep in mind age isn't everyting I mean George Foreman proved that and he was a bigger puncher to like Tyson. I think fighters who can knock you out with one punch have a better opportunity for sucess in their later years than fighters that pull off decisions.
Brotherfromthehoods 12-08-2004, 06:58 PM nah wouldnt pay to see him- i dnt think he can come back now.
QueenCity 12-08-2004, 07:03 PM After losing to Danny Williams he shouldn't be on pay per veiw until be shows he is still for real. I would like to see him on a basic showtime boxing card though.

borikua 12-08-2004, 07:44 PM I would pay right now to see him KTFO Ruiz...Or against Tua.
.::|ULTIMATE|::. 12-08-2004, 09:42 PM Nope frankly i rather wait for a fight among the lighter fighters in boxing. 126 - 140.
grayfist 12-08-2004, 09:54 PM The current Mike is--to many boxing fans-- like junk food: they know it's not healthy, but they go and buy them, just the same!
Count me as one of those fans! :o ;)
Yes. Mike's crapped-out knee screwed him against Williams.
A healthy knee and I'd pay to see Mike against any of the top Heavies or prospects.
Like to see Toney-Tyson.
paulmmv 12-08-2004, 10:33 PM oh yeah i would still pay to see tyson fight he only lost to williams because of his leg and i still have a lot of faith in him
IwatchBoxing 12-08-2004, 11:43 PM Mike hasnt proved hes PPV worthy at this time
scramwarrior 12-08-2004, 11:57 PM No way. Tyson is finished. The only way I would pay good money on my tight budget to see Tyson fight would be if he happened to face someone like VK or another top HW. Aside from Lennox Lewis, Tyson has only fought little-known fighters since his release from prison. And he always fights them on Pay-Per-View. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't PPV fights supposed to be good. IMO, Tyson is just money-hungry and he knows that there are all kinds of idiots out there that will pay still pay to see him fight. Maybe it's just me, but I always thought Tyson was overrated. Buster Douglas KO'ed Tyson while Tyson was in his PRIME. That was not a shot Tyson, but the Tyson that was supposed to be a dominator. I'm sure if VK loses to Williams this weekend, people will say VK was overrated. The same rules should apply to Tyson and if not, than it is just a matter of bias, not truth.
