Im a male 5'5 136.4lbs i say im about about 8-9% bf i never got it tested.. that's just a rough estimate.. so you reckon i should cut down to see my muscle for the up coming summer which is 5 months away

Spartacus Sully 07-06-2010, 06:21 AM Whats the significance to that? at 5'5" you could be from 110 - 145 weather or not its too much weight more so depends on ones frame size. its just a basic and easy way to see what kind of frame you have. over lapping = small frame, just touching = normal frame, and not touching = large frame. knowing some ones height and weight really means nothing but if you have an idea of their frame then you can give them a more educated answer for their question. Thanks, I've always wondered what my frame was cause everybody has been saying I'm small but heavy for my height. 5'6", 160 lbs right here. But maybe 14% bodyfat so that could be the problem. One more round 07-06-2010, 11:19 PM Mine overlap by about 1cm. I'd say I'm a pretty normal well proportioned frame. My bodyfat is probably about 6-7% now. |
