TBA is fighting in 7 different cards that night, sometimes up to 5 times a card.

He's a veteran of about 1000000 fights. Enzo cant beat a beast like that!

From fight news:

Frank Warren has September 18 at the LG Arena in Birmingham, England, which will be a PPV event on Sky. It features a world title eliminator, three European title fights, two British title fights plus two championship showdowns for two 2008 Olympians. Warren formally announced the card at a press conference in London today.

The title fights in full are Matt Macklin in a challenge against Darren Barker for the European, Commonwealth and British middleweight titles; European light heavyweight champion Nathan Cleverly in an Interim WBO world light heavyweight challenge against Karo Murat; Enzo Maccarinelli in a defense of his European cruiserweight title; Ryan Rhodes in a defense of his European light-middleweight title against Lukas Konecny; a British and Commonwealth heavyweight title showdown between Derek Chisora and Sam Sexton; a welterweight showdown between Kell Brook and Michael Jennings, which will double as a WBO world title eliminator; a first defense for WBA International super middleweight champion James DeGale, a debut championship fight for 2007 Amateur World Champion Frankie Gavin against Curtis Woodhouse; a return for former Commonwealth super-flyweight champion Don Broadhurst in an English title fight.
“I’m delighted to putting on a card like this,” said Warren. “I always try and please the fans, and I think they will like this one. It is fantastic to be back promoting huge shows on a Saturday night, and there is no way better way to start than by putting on something like this. It will showcase some of the best talent around at the moment in British boxing, and I think everyone featured on the card has the potential to kick on and fight for a world title. Some of the boxers like Enzo Maccarinelli, Michael Jennings Ryan Rhodes have already done that and are aiming to get back to the top, while the likes of James DeGale, Nathan Cleverly and Kell Brook could be the future of the sport in this country.”

im in ireland, though it is cheap enough to get across the water. I had to check there that it was all in one venue. Wouldnt put it past Warren to have Enzo and Cleverly + 1 other in Wales, the rest in England so he would get 2 gates + the PPV but it looks like its all gonna be in Birmingham.

Birmingham is a **** hole though, but ive mates not far from there and one of them boxes so he might be up for it. Ah well ive loads of time to talk myself into going. Its a cracking line-up

Wow thats the best domestic card ive seen in years! Shame its PPV and the casuals will miss out.

Macklin barker will be a good tear up.

Im a big fan of Nathan cleverly and his opponent has a very good record.

Its always good to watch enzo ko or get KOd recently, im sure it wont last long.

Ryand rhodes on the road to revival.

I hate james degale but he will beat up a tin can.

My "Homeboy" sexton also fighting the powerful chisora. Im afraid i think he gets stopped but has a chance of he has worked hard on this fitness and boxes well for 12 rounds.

Frankie gavin moving up in class, good to see how he is progressing.

Definatly going to this.

Then when i get back SSM, Saul alvarez and victor Ortiz. (should be on skysports) Awesome night for Boxing.

Chisora will enter the WBO rankings if he defeats Sexton. He may even have a shot at a final eliminator after that.

who would he likely fight in an eliminator, tunney?

think he can beat any fringe contenders?from what i understand & heard was if chisora wins he'll more likely be the #1 condender to fight the european champion.if the harrison\dimitrenko fight happens.harrison vacated the title to have surgery & is the current euro #1 but if sexton wins he may have to defend the commonwealth title vs canadian champ neven pajkic or aussie champ alex leapai...i see him vacating the commonwealth title.australian & canadian boxers are also included in rankings since both countries are part of the commonwealth.its almost certain either guy will vacate the commonwealth title & pursue a european title.

he's just a slugger with **** stamina.ill tell you what this leapai got an early stoppage gift vs walker & faces veteran owen beck soon.if he beats both those guys he actually has to be taken seriously.not too seriously but cannot be disregarded completely.he should fight cameron or meehan in australia.

Whatever Trevor. Danny said he was a shot fighter long before that fight was even announced, so it's hardly a great win for Chisora. I like Chisora, but he'll never reach world class.

BTW how does being at a fight qualify your opinion to be more valid than mine? lol I've been to plenty of televised fights and never really got a great view of the whole fight until I watched the replays.

How? I think he's the best domestic HW, but i'd love to see him sparked clean out legs twitching the works. Although i want him to beat Sexton just cos he beat Rogan. But after that the ****y, biting, kissing cunt needs a beating from someone.

Chisora should win this one easey. Sexton is fun to watch but Chirsora is the better boxer and the better athlete. Sexton almost got knocked out by Rogan in their first fight also imho Chisora took the bigger steps since their first fight so i think he will floor him again.

Chisora needs like 10 more fights till he steps up against Haye.

But I don't think any of our heavyweights have potential to become solid world champions.

Towers blew Marinchev away and Dallas managed to retire him in the second. Price could only beat him via a pts decision, no knockdowns.

He throws some good combinations for a heavyweight, don't know about his stamina though and his power doesn't look that great.

Sexton has a good chance to win I think some maybe underestimating the man. Rogan was a tough cookie, and Sexton destroyed him the second time round. The only thing is Sexton gasses when it gets late in the fight, this will be his downfall probably.

You could tell from early on that'd be Sexton's undoing.
