i have rather fat gluteals (a*se) does anyone no of any stretches or workouts that specifically target the glutes ? i need to tone it up so i thought stretches would do the trick got any ideas ?

Do ***gy-o lunges also :D Hamstring curls, lying hamstring stretches Not sure if running helps the ass but I'm sure it does.
