It didn't make sense in the Rocky movies that once Rocky beat those guys they just disappeared completely.

Pfffft. Clubber Lang is a 2 round fighter at best. Im also in an entirely different weight class. Hes 5'9 210, Im 6'6 245. It would be a ridiculous mismatch. I like Clubber, I dont want to hurt the guy.

Well there is apparently a ****ing 5 year gap between Rocky 4 and 5 since Rocky goes to Rush-a and his kid is like 8. He comes back and the kid is like 13. So maybe Rocky had a lot of fights while in Russia. They did have two more Drago rematches. And Clubber Lang 3. And Clubber and Drago fought. And Big Yank Ball showed up.

I won both.

I also turded up Clubber and Apollo's corpse.

I gave that ****head Pauly a smack in the mouth as well.

Duke wouldn't let Rocky fight Drago again on his dime. Plus he probably had something to do with "poisoning" Drago's brother.

Rocky V did happen. I saw that **** in the theatres. Actually that's my 3rd favorite of the films. Its a good movie, underrated. First mainstream boxing movie to go into the corruption in the sport. It's just different than the other Rocky movies. More depressing. Rocky ends up where he began, a broke fighter with his brains beat in, left for dead. Very realistic and responsible reflection of real boxing.

It tries to go back to the Rocky 1 and 2 formula of "a real film with characters and plot", and fails, mostly because Slys kid is a whiney douche and Tommy Gunn is the worst villian ever.

I don't think anyone was going to kill him, just the brain damage was going to catch up to him. I don't know, maybe a shot from Tommy would have put him out for good, but it was the accumulated damage that would have done him in.
