I wonder what shape he'll be in?

I don't really have much interest or respect for a guy that shows up for a heavyweight title fight out of shape.

I agree. And plus how old is he. Isnt he like 37. Why would he come back when he couldn't get himself up to fight for the title? Just doesnt make sense

I don't think the age is to much of a factor but the desire is obviously lacking.

I like sanders but I don't see the point in fighting again. With the heavywieght division wide open like it is I guess anyone could be champ right now though. Better him than ruiz.

....Not only that, but an in shape or out of shape Sanders is an extreme danger to anyone who gets in the ring with him. He still has the heaviest hands out there and that left is sneaky and lightening fast. IMO I would have him as the favorite against anyone but Vitali. We shall soon find out.

I would like to see him fight Sam Peter. ;)

That loud mouthed Peter would get a serious schooling if he got in the ring with Sanders, hell Jeremy Williams' own stupidity beat him, dropping his ****ing hands like that with a big puncher, he was seriously about to get an easy victory, and ****ed himself out of it with his arrogance. Peter won't make it very far if he fights anyone that can fight, and comes in focused.

I'd still like to see Sanders fight again, provided he comes in to fight in decent shape.

He was supposed to make his comeback on January 15th or something like that but Universum said he is already in TOP condition so that is why he will fight this month instead.

Well, remember he took a pretty good beating against vitili. He problay wants to come back and get some rounds before he steps up in comp

This guy needs to trim down greatly and get some definition in his physique. I would not be able to take him seriously if he goes into this fight out of shape like always. I wonder what he would be like if he was in tip-top shape. I think he would be unbeatable.

Well, I just saw Corrie's comeback fight, and I'm sad to say he's still proudly sporting that belly he brought to the VK fight. He didn't look too bad I guess, but he really needs to get serious about training, that old man river belly isn't going to cut it. lol

i got a feeling that we might see sanders taking on danny williams.

That will probably be even worse for Dannyboy than the VK fight. Even with the belly, Corrie has excellent handspeed and is much more aggressive than VK on average. Against VK, Danny tried to make it fight instead of a boxing match, and probably would against Sanders. If Sanders decides to fight with him, as he has been known to do, Danny gets beaten like a misbehaving stepson, and Sanders comes back to the top.

Sanders, when he comes back he will fight in the top competition eventually, but if he comes back in shape i think that he has a chance at becomming heavyweight champion. The division is open right now but only if Sanders can capitalize on the oppurtunity he will be successful, even if he can in better shape against Klitschko i think that he would have caught vatali down the stretch because he has bad conditioning. Sanders has the heart of a champion showed in the Klitschko fight but now he needs the desire.
