This thread is not about Karma points. It is about real life Karma. There is the saying "What comes around goes around" meaning that those who do evil will get a taste of their own medicene eventually-or justice will get them in the end. I used to believe this 100%. Now from reading history I am having some doubts that Karma exist. When you look at human history you'll see that Stalin and Pol Pot died of natural causes in old age, meaning they pretty much got away with the genocide they commited on millions of innocent people, they got away with it. Same with OJ he got away with it too. Dont mean to bum people out but its just something to think about. So does Karma really exist?

OJ's life is a mess now. Have you seen him? Dude's gone insane.

I can't give you the answers with Stalin and Pol Pot, though the people that supported him have certainly paid the price for their evil deeds. Just look at pictures of post-WW 2 Germany if you want proof that you get back what you give out.

I'm not sure about Karma in a cosmic sense, but whenever I've tried to be a better person I've been rewarded for it, I believe. And people who are *******s generally get what's coming to them in some way or another.

Maybe not clinically insane (though he probably just hasn't been diagnosed yet). But watch an interview with him next chance you get. He sputters and cackles like a madman when he speaks and he doesn't make any sense at all.

Ya, but the guy is loaded and is still living the easy life. Compare his life to the majority, his is still better.

On the other hand I am extremely jealous of OJ... Why? I would love to bump off my ex-wife and get away with it. Look at Martha Stewart, she will be more popular when she gets out. Does anybody hold anything against Tommy Lee? Look at the Enron *******s..... Sure they may have to pay fines and legal fees maybe a little time in a country-club style jail, but when they get out, they will still have the Millions that they robbed from the little guy. So, crime does pay!

Thing is, does being a rich ******* count as a reward? I'm not stupid enough to think that money cannot buy happiness, but a lot of these guys were *******s to begin with, and will continue to be *******s no matter what they get away with legally. That alone is a pretty harsh punishment.

I'm a broke ******* and really don't have a problem with it! LOL. Being a rich ******* would be a step up. I am willing to take that step.

Yeah, when I see Oj on TV he always has a hot babe on his arm living the good life, while the majority is working like a slave with a crappy job, and dismal hope. Some things dont make sense, that is why I am having doubts about Karma.

I believe that what goes around comes and everyone gets whats deserved at some point.

i think karma exists based on personal experiences. maybe it's a self-fulfilling thing. people who are "bad" undertake bad behaviour (and get bad karma). as a result of that bad behaviour, bad things happen to them. but they can change and do good things (get good karma) so the outcome of events for them become more good. though personal experience is by no means hard evidence, it does give me a feeling that karma exists.

It exists because if you do something positive for the people and environment around you, the conditions of that environment cannot help but improve.

I'm not sure karma is the proper term. But I do believe that we all have to face our maker someday, so whether we pay in this life or the next, we will reap what we have sown.

No, because when I'm clean I'm the nicest person alive, yet thats when I have the worst **** happen to me. When I'm drinking alot and getting into trouble I'm a monster and good **** happens to me.

In my eyes karma is very real, maybe when your wildin' you reaping the positive karma created when you were clean & peaceful, then when you're clean the negative karma of you wildin' is catching up to you. Personally I've seen the fruit of peoples action in my own life, but in my beliefs the karma you experience now was planted in past lives, so instead of dwelling on fu$%ed up **** that happens to you now you can start planting the seeds of positive karma for your next lives & ultimate liberation. :ghost:

No, i dont believe in karma.

Or some life after death justice.

Kids get killed. No karma there!
Just watch the news. Where is the karma for all the people being raped and murdered?

Does karma mean they all desereved it?
