Hi im Jacob! Please share me some of your weekly programs. I need those conditioning programs from Monday to Saturday please i really want it .. i want to boost my stamina! Or any link that you can give me that shows training routines .. Thanks in advance! and sorry for my bad english im from philippines. :boxing:

go to a local boxing gym...
and start doing runnings on the other days, when ur not in the boxing gym , if u never runed be4 start with 2-3x a week with 20-25 minutes...
u can also do weight training and jump rope @ home
