People like to hate on Oscar De Lard Hoya, but Ward would be a simple fight for him style wise. I don't mean just the Ward with 4 fights, I mean Ward at his peak is the wrong style. De La Hoya would use and abuse him.

we dont even know whats Wards peak yet. From what we know Ward could have a heart attack, seizure and die while he ****s his pants if he ever fought a contender.

Ward at his peak will be something special to watch. Give him about three to five years and then we'll have this discussion.

how can anyone talk about Andre Ward's "peak" if he is no where near that? he is most likely 5-10 years removed from when a good or great fighter usually reaches any kind of peak...

Exactly my point. By De La Hoyas 4th fight they were matching him with Jeff Mayweather and analyzing him against JC Chavez who was 2 weight classes higher. Hell they wanted his PRO DEBUT to be against Undefeated World Champion Genaro Hernandez.

Andre Ward is just another guy thats gonna be in prison before he ever fights anyone significant.
