Michalczewski had a good chin. One of the reasons that allowed him to be ring Magazine Lt. Heavyweight champion from 1997-2003. Ricky Hatton has a good chin as well.

yes that's true but i was only focusing on heavyweights. i do think this perception that european boxers generally have bad chins is unfair and not true.

Timo Hoffman

Hoffman recently lost EBU title against Paolo Vidoz(sidney 2000 bronze medalist).. I don't like his technique... he can't throw combo like Vidoz do.

Zeljko Mavrovic.

Joe Grim was born in Italy. :boxing:

Tommy Farr is a good call, he went the distance Joe Louis and Max Baer and was only stopped as a teenager and later on as a 40 year old during his comeback.

Joe Grim. Really? He had a great chin.

Of course I should mentioned Oscar 'Battling' Nelson. He was born in Copenhagen, Denmark. Arguably the greatest chin of all.
