Boards need to have a jolt of freshness once in a while. New ideas are a good thing and so really is new <a href='http://consumeralertsystem.com/cas/zx-hclick.php?hid=112' target='_blank'>humor</a>. Stagness is a real groove killer! If you don't like the crudeness, use the "ignore" feature but don't shove your insecurities and fear down everybodie's throat.

....It just seems like they came on way too strong and were attempting to take this place over. We have had a ton of newbie jackasses lately and IMO the last thing the longtime posters on here want are even more. According to Spinx BI was a ****ing zoo with all the idiots posting on it. I had a problem with that Analgay guy talking **** about boxingscene and it seemed like the BI guys were all tight with each other so I started taking it out on all of them. I'm sure it will settle down and chill eventually or those guys definitely won't last here. If you didn't know them prior then you would probably feel the same way. I might add that I was one of the people who didn't have a problem with the global guys when they joined and was cool with just about all of them. This new group of people just seems a little different that the MMA merger deal.

I just found it funny the way you were fighting to the death to defend Allanglez as if you were lovers or something. I never had a problem with the global guys either. But some of you came here and got off on the wrong foot. I suspect they were testing the waters to see how far they could push it. Anyway rick prefers people to settle their differences through pm's rather than spamming the boards.

For the record, I'm preared to move on and welcome you cats if you're willing to show a little respect for the site and its regulars.

If the "BI guys" can come over and take over your board like some of you guys have posted you were worried about, then this is a weak board deserving of a takeover. I guarantee if some newbies came over to BI with that attitude, they'd be laughed out of there in days.

....It must not allow the new guys to give it out yet. Seriously though, your Karma won't do anything to a long time member and will have zero effect so you wuld be wasteing your time. It will give them a grey box which means little to no power. The force is very weak with the new BI guys. In time you may grow strong. :) BTW, care to tel us who hit you?

One of the regulars here filled me in on that this morning. Look at the bottom of someone's post and there is a button that says "karma." You click on it, and can rate what the poster had to say. If you give them a good rating, they get good karma, and if give it a bad rating they get bad karma. Also, in the upper left hand corner, you have a "User CP button" (same one you use to change avatars, etc.). If you push that you'll see all the people who gave you bad karma, good karma, etc.

Now, as far as what "karma" really means and why anyone should care, I have no idea.
