I'm going with Williams by KO. I think Vitali would've gave up in a few rounds against Lennox and, against Sanders, he looked like he got hurt several times. I like how DW fights on the inside and I see VK trying to hold excessively. Look for a good uppercut from Williams to hurt Vitali early.
