I know people are ragging Duran because what he looked like last night, but compared to his fellow associates in his former line of work, he really dindn't look that bad, just a little chunky. At least he's not slurring his words, kidnapping his children, or living in a crack house like alot of former fighters. Who are the fighters that had the biggest fall from grace? I'll give this dihonor to Tony Ayala. He's been a true after boxing disgrace.

When he was in the waiting to fight for the Super Welterweight title he decided to go out and break into a womans apartment and rape her. He had been charged of the same crime before but the first lady settled out. This was never in dispute, Ayala admitted it. Went to Jail for 20 years, lost all of his glory years, got out, said he had come to grips with his demons (had been molested as a child or some ****) had brief comeback, then broke into another girls apartment at 2:00 am and she shot the stupid bastard in the shoulder. I think he's back in the slammer for drugs or something. Like the saying goes: there's nothing more common than wasted talent, and he sure had talent, and he damn sure wasted it.

James Butler wins that dubious honor. He's scum. Allegedly.
