i mentioned this in another thead and then realized that the subject definitely deserves its own.
anyone else excited for Big Boi's new album to drop?
i am seriously feeling Shine Blockas and For Your Sorrows and can't wait for more.
Outkast is my all time favorite group and initially i was concerned about them no longer releasing material together but i am now starting to see the positive side of it. Big Boi is finally able to truly shine on his own. Andre is the showman and so i think that Big Boi has gone unrecognized and underappreciated in the past but everyones eyes will have to open to his undeniable talent. he can flow with the best of em. no question about it. i am even guilty of giving Andre more credit then Big Boi in the past and boy was i wrong. Big Boi is more than on point. he's the ****.
i would also like to add that the way that he flows double time over the For Your Sorrows beat during the first verse is absolutely genius. i love that he even THOUGHT to do that, and i love even more that he did it. BANANAS!!
