tonytucker 06-16-2005, 11:49 PM I think Ruiz will be the favorite in this fight. He has a lot of Championship fight experience.

Coming from someone who made an alter ego.........and has almost 2,000 since Jan. LOL! gg owning yourself dickweed.
nobody likes you. Face it.
MrUnstoppable 06-17-2005, 12:22 AM Absolutely horrific that this will be sanctioned as a championship fight. Ruiz got reamed by James Toney and although McBride got a win on the scorecard, he by no means defeated what was left of Mike Tyson. Let me guess...Morrade Hakkar is fighting on the undercard as well.
Slipx 06-17-2005, 12:25 AM manconi has like 200 posts dickhead
so, that puts me less than 2000,and ive been here since early in january..u joined late in feb..that makes you a loser..

Very true, the heavyweight division is in trouble when fights like this are planned.

I await the day, like most others do....that your post count drops to 1 a year and then depletes over time from the lack of respect you have been shown on a posting forum.

LOL - Irish Abroad. The premiere boxing site on the 'net.
I think we should wait to see if McBride gets ranked by the WBA to buy this story. But hell, McBride is as credible as an opponent as Valuev.
Michael Wittmann 06-17-2005, 04:15 AM hey,

Shaolin Bushido 06-17-2005, 05:34 AM McBride vs Ruiz. :scared:
jizzez, big buck would get a tittle shot if he beat tyson.
what is the world comming to?
a bum beats an old man who is only there for the money and hey he gets shot at the title.
:(
tonytucker 06-17-2005, 12:59 PM Wait up a bit.......Klitzco got to defend against Williams. Some say that Mc Bride is even worse than Williams, but then again some say that Ruiz is not as good as Klitzco. Because of this it makes sense and is only fair that Ruiz be allowed to defend his Championship against Mc Bride.

-Antonio- 06-17-2005, 02:49 PM you know after danny williams got his butt kicked by vitali youd think people would stop giving tyson beaters so much respect. However, I think people are doing this because a lot more people know who "that guy who beat Tyson" is than most other top heavyweights. Sad but true
tonytucker 06-17-2005, 03:58 PM you know after danny williams got his butt kicked by vitali youd think people would stop giving tyson beaters so much respect. However, I think people are doing this because a lot more people know who "that guy who beat Tyson" is than most other top heavyweights. Sad but trueI believe you are 100% correct in what you say. The average person who bought the Mc Bride fight would not have a clue who the top ten heavywieghts in the world are. Tyson has always been the one to attract the attention-so if you fight Tyson you will be under a big spotlight so to say-you dig.

The Troll 06-17-2005, 05:49 PM McBride could beat Ruiz. McBride is very strong, and a talented inside fighter which are skills you need to beat Ruiz. McBride would match up very well against him. McBride also has power and a stellar uppercut. I would say he has good stamina and chin. Kevin is a legit fighter.
josenoway 06-17-2005, 07:28 PM heh just when you thought the HW division couldn't sink any lower, we got a potential mcbride/ruiz title fight =(.
i can see them advertising mcbride as "the man who ended iron mike tyson's career!!!" the public will eat it up.

No disrespect meant to Mckay but I think McBride is a C- fighter who faught a shot legend. I think Ruiz would clinch and punch his way to an easy decision.

SacTown1 06-17-2005, 10:50 PM I just want Ruiz to fianlly lose big so that we won't have to watch him ever again....I thought It happened in April but James was on the sauce....McBride has no chance of beating Ruiz, and DK knows it, so I'm pretty sure that this fight will land in Boston and sell about 30 tix and that Ruiz will win a boring decision and we'll have to see him AGAIN :(
tonytucker 06-18-2005, 02:44 AM McBride could beat Ruiz. McBride is very strong, and a talented inside fighter which are skills you need to beat Ruiz. McBride would match up very well against him. McBride also has power and a stellar uppercut. I would say good stamina and chin as well. Kevin is a legit fighter.I understand what you are saying, but Ruiz still has massive experience in world Title matches on his side. I would rate Oquendo, Johnson, and Rachman as better fighters than Mc Bride, and John has given a frightfull thrashing to all three of them. One thing though.....being 6feet6inches and over 270 pounds, he could lean on Ruiz in the inevitable clinches and drain Ruiz's stamina somewhat........interesting.

I actually agree with that..
I dunno what McKays sayin that he's got skills LOL!
but I agree with what you just said...
Fareastwarrior 06-18-2005, 09:43 AM This is the candidate for the worst fight of 2005. If Ruiz is going to lose to this journey man, then he should follow the footsteps of Mike Tyson to quit his career.

"The Pretender"
But I don't know what's worst.. if Ruiz looses, the Pretender will come out again (just like after Toney loss) and start crying how Ruiz is still a true champ and on and on... LOL
Can't both of them just retire?
Tha Greatest 06-18-2005, 04:59 PM lol your daily post average is 37 a day, mine is like 12. lol ;)
Whats your point?
Your in a forum, so whoever posts less is cooler?
I can't wait to beat your ass when you come to Kronk :boxing:

half of his fights the judging was horrible, he should have lost tthe Golota fight. Mcbride has a good chance vs Ruiz. I would love to see Valuev or Sam Peter give Ruiz a beating...
