Hey, I'm 6'5" and about 190-195. I work on my abs quite a bit but for some god-forsaken reason I cannot develop the line that goes down the center of the abdomin. I do lots of cardio however my diet isn't anything strict yet. I've got about 100,261,724.39 threads out there to search about the diet. Does anyone know how I can help develop that line?
This is how my stomach looks right now: http://l844.myspace.com/00120/44/80/120270844_m.jpg

Looks like an anatomical thing. Everybody is built different. You look pretty cut there, so I don't think it's a matter of losing any more fat. Your abs are just built that way.
Looks fine to me :p. Just continue with your ab training, :boxing: and try to consume a little less food. What you eat is really not THAT important (as long as the total amount of energy also is less).
Like PunchDrunk said you're already cut and your problem might be genetical. In that case you can only accept it.

jeezus you are huge. I'd agree with the other fellow, you seem cut enough I think it's a matter of anatomy. Emphasize function over looks.

As far as function over looks, my stomach can take punches, I actually went for strength before 'cutting'. Thanks for the responses all, guess I should just continue my normal workout. Thanks for the help.
