im like 5'11 and 162, wana get down to 154.

The best way honestly is to indulge yourself in a cardio programme. If you dont know what that is, its basically anything that makes u out of breath. So hopefully that wouldnt be sit-ups for you. What im trying to get at is stuff like running, bike riding, swimming. But if you do this make it intense. By that i mean dont go on a 2 mile flat bikeride. Perhaps go on a 1 1/2 mile bike hike up sum really steep hills or something. The more intense you make it the quicker you will reap the benefits. Also check your diet and make sure that inputs dont exceed outputs. And do something like 50 sit-ups and 50-press ups a day and you are set for a great shape. Also make sure ur diets clean aswell or urll have to work harder in the sessions of cardio.

make energy use (through exercise) more than energy intake (through food)
