Hello there, Tony"if he's not a 12 year old kid he must be as dumb as rock" TNT Tucker here. If boxing causes brain damage, (and it appears that it does), should boxing therefore be banned? Only serious replys please people , and if you don't like the question you can get cancer and die.Word out brother brolog, word out.

No!!

Boxing is a great form of self defence, i would have had a lot more serious injurys in my life if it wasnt for boxing!!

Anyway, everyone who steps into the ring who's what could happen!!

If you ban boxing it`ll be taken underground with no medical supervision, no regulation and Evander Holyfield fighting once a week, banning boxing would be a grave mistake!

1.) PETA aren't extremists. They care about the well-being of living beings.

2.) PETA has nothing to do with being against boxing.

3.) There are plenty of vegetarian boxers.

i guess spray painting expensive furcoats that belong to people who had nothing to do with the actual making of the coat isnt extreme  yes peta has nothing to do with boxing but i didnt say it did. if you check my post it says a peta type extremist. why are bringing up vegetarian boxers?

Who knows more about it than the good people in boxing, if fighters can't think they can't box. Go ask some retired boxers if they would rather have been insurance salesmen in stead of fighters.

The people who purchase the fur coats are directly responsible for the manufactoring of it. If there were no desire for people to purchase fur coats, they would not be made.

There is no likeness between a PETA type of organization and the desire to ban boxing. Saying PETA "type" is just not logically sound.

do you not think spray painting someones coat is extreme? the people doing the spraying have no idea what the coat is actually made of(could be synthetic)and they also have no idea of how this person might have aquired the coat(might be a gift from someone).to place the blame on someone wearing a fur coat is plain stupid and IMO peta is extreme.btw are you in favor of banning boxing? if so why are you here?

No, I am not in favor of banning boxing, but I am in favor of PETA, which is why I think the comparison is ridiculous. Spray painting someone's coat is not something PETA would endorse, although some who endorse PETA might commit such acts. I'm sure PETA as a group wouldn't randomly attack people. Anyway, anyone wearing a fur coat should know what it is made of.

I personally would throw a fur coat away if it were given to me as a gift.

You're exactly right!!

It's perfectly middle of the road and sane to hand out "Happy Meals" outside McD's where the toys are plastic animals with missing ehads and simulated blood. Why the only thing that could be any less insane is trying to run an add campaign in Germany comparing slaughterhouses to the Holocaust.

Motor racing, Rugby, US Pro Football, Ski'ing, cycling, running, and if we are talking about death the biggest killer of humans is the motor car, fuk it lets ban em all, but wait what about free will, freedom to choose, human rights.

You cannot blame an entire organization based on the acts of a few who happen to support the organization. By your rational, every organization on earth is extreme, because there are knuckleheads everywhere, including boxing. Should boxing be banned because Tyson bite someone's ear? Of course not.

Although advocating the defacing of a fur coat is something I can actually justify.

Boxing should not be banned. it's a controlled sport and the participants all give consent. unfortunately, there are some risks. however, race car driving, football, and other stuff I'm sure are just as dangerous if not more dangerous. Heck, if you think we should ban boxing, why not ban driving your car on the highway, that's pretty dangerous with all those nuts on the road. why not ban marriage, most women who get beats get it from their husbands anyways (i think).

Did Tucker really get banned for bringing up a topic that could have had intellectual value to it? It's a shame people couldn't respond intellectually, rather than saying the thread is gay and such. (Although the thread starter didn't help much either)

I don't believe boxing should be banned. Football is much more injury plagued than boxing so the reason for banning boxing being based on injuries isn't good enough.

Tucker has tried to make several posts where the main issue had to do with black vs. white, it was obvious that he was only here to get attention and start trouble.
