Just because the prosecution ****ed up and put a spotlight-hogging punk kid with a fraudulent mother as the one they took to court, doesn't hide the fact that this guy has been accused of this for decades. He's never had a normal male/female relationship. He paid 2 million to shut one kid up and 20 million to shut another up.

I don't think money had anything to do with Micheal winning this case. Any dumb ass straight out of law school could've won this. For the prosecution, this case was doomed from the start. The boy was a liar from the beginning. Those ****ers knew they didn't have a case, but because there was a celebrity involved they wanted to nail him. Another total waste of taxpayer's dollars.

^you know I read the smoking gun stuff, but you also do not know the inside details and the exact talks he had with his own lawyers, you know celebs have lawyers who tell them "dont worry well take care of it mike" and they tell mike what is best and what will save him money sometimes it is easier to pay the money and not go to trial does not make them guilty. Also they have the papers and yes jackson gets tons of lawsuits but how many of them are credible? The jury obviously was not biased! they acted well and said this case is not a personal feelings case of how they personally think of tyson and his eccentricity but a question of evidence and proof and they found him not guilty...Mike is an easy target plain and simple.

You guys are forgetting the biggest flaw in the legal system, which is that prosecuting attorneys are hired by the state, while defense lawyers can be private businessmen. What this means is that prosecutors get stiffed with civil servant salaries, while defence guys can get paid whatever their clients can afford, which I'm assuming gets up into the hundreds of millions.

So say that you're a smart dude going into law. Which side of it are going to get into? The one where you're working for the gov't at a crummy salary, or the one where you can move down the California and live the sweet life? Exactly. Prosecuting attorneys are just the people who weren't good enough to make it on their own.

So a Hollywood star or whatever can stack the deck with all-star lawyers that will kill any guy the state puts up against them. And that is why these guys always get away with ****.
