i think a lot of fighters exagerate their training routine to impress people and their oponents .

when i read that some fighters train 6 hours per day during 8 weeks in training camp makes me smile .

i smile even more when they show up with love handles at the weigh in .

the award goes to MMA fighters sayin they train in any contatc sport everyday , averaging 8 hours a day if you believe them.

common , we know you run in the morning and spar in the afternoon , and some fighters sometimes skip the running (dominique paris , DLH french conditionner , said oscar skipped the road work a lot).

anyone agrees ?

No wonder the golden boy was so gassed out in the later rounds.

Tino, I head something about Mayweather sparring 4 1/2 minute rounds 12 rounds whenever he spars. He divides that between 3 or 4 partners.

I was like daaaaaaamn when I read that.

Is it fake also?

i think it s true , what i doubt is that he is doing this after 2 hours of road work , 1 hour of weights and one hour of pads .

i think its more a case of fighter spending 6 to 8 hours a day in the gym not worinking out for 6 to 8 hours
like probly working out 3 hours a day but spending a lot more time there doing things such as talkin or studying tapes
or being in the sauna

sorry that some people really love the sport and train hard.
I belive all of those training stuff. Hell if you want to be a contender you got to work hard. no reason to slack off.
