from what I read, Tyson and Bride were pretty much on even terms going toe to toe...Tyson began some round tactics like headbutts and low blows because Bride kept leaning on him...then Bride leaned on him so much that he pushed Tyson down...then Tyson didn't come out for the 7th

Tyson got a litle dirty in the 6th, then at the end of the round just quit, nothing wrong per se but he admitted afterwards he hasn't got the heart for it anymore and had had enough, the fight was relatively even though, but McBride was coming on simply because he was less tired.

Tyson only faught because he wanted to honor his debts. He could have easily filed for bankruptcy and he would have been free from his debts. So he was doing the right thing by paying his debts but now he can retire and just file for bankruptcy

Tyson is dumb, irresponsibly and actually dumb. He was a great fighter and I will not take that away from him. He makes bad dumb decisions and he only learns from them the hard way just like his loses in fights. He lost to Holyfield and tried again with the same result-a loss. I see what you're getting at, but I will agree partially with you, he is irresponsible, but he is dumb as well. Doing things that are irresponsible is one thing and then being diagnosed with mental illness and depression (relating to the dumb comment) are also on the dinner table.

The thing that hurts so bad about this fight is; Tyson wasn't in danger of losing and could've easily won this fight via knockout in the later rounds had he kept hitting Kevin in body! WTF, why didn't Fenech convince him to continue rather than going along with Mike and quitting? Thats what hurts so much about this loss, he could've won! :mad:
