Do u have "The Getaway". I dunno if it is an American game, like if they released it in America or not. Ill try and get a link for sum pics if u havent heard of it before. Id recommend that. There is:
- The Getaway.
- The Getaway: Black Monday.
They are kinda like the GTA series but more graphically realistic and based around London rather than American cities.

(GTA III - New York?)
(GTA: Vice City - Miama)
(GTA: San Andreas - Los Angeles - Compton - Las Vegas)

Metal Gear Solid 3:Snake Eater is the greatest video game I have ever played. I also play Socom II online to an obsession. Any Socom II online players here?

Got The Getaway. $4 including tax, couldn't say no. I'll wait for Black Monday to get to $10 or so.

Batman Begins is actually good spinxjinx?

Yeah I just saw a commercial for Destroy All Humans, which was a pretty funny commercial. Probably get it.

Very familar with the GTA games and their settings, heh. Especially Vice City, 80's Miami? Come on, that's my favorite game just cause of that pretty much, being the huge Miami Vice fan and hell general 80s fan.

Sort of playing Tiger Woods 2004 on the Xbox at my mom's (don't know why she has an xbox but she does). Its pretty fun actually, for golf.

Oh yeah, please don't suggest any First Person Shooters, as I hate FPS games. Absolutely hate them with a passion. Rather play Pong. Or Tetris. Or Pong vs. Tetris.

I just finished Batman up yesterday, it has gotten mixed reviews. I guess it is a hit or miss type of game, however I really enjoyed it. You have to use stealth a lot and it is all hand to hand combat. It is based on the dark knight rather than the caped crusader which explains a lot. The movie is pretty good as well but without seeing the movie and playing the game it is just as good. I think it is worth a look, especially if you are into those types of games.

I just finished NARC. Not bad but not the best either. If you haven't played "The Suffering," you should. It's a great horror game.

Well, I'm about to kill some people. Trying to learn Rugby 2005, which is tough as hell, especially considering the fact that I don't know the first thing about rugby or its rules. Finally learned that you pitch the ball backwards only, which I love as a rule.

I played 3 times as New Zealand vs. the US. The US stomped me each time and they're one of the worst teams on the game. New Zealand, the All Blacks, are one of the best. Ugh, I suck at this so far.

If you can find a copy of Brave Fencer Musashi for PS1, get it. Great game.

I keep reading about that game, is it a military game? I'm not into military crap like airforce stuff or people in army clothes running around doing stuff. Those games have too much of a "Good vs. Bad" feel that I don't agree with in war, and its usually some buzz headed white guy, which no offense meant, but I'd rather be able to create my own guy. I'd love to be a ninja in one of those type of games. Stealth ninja dropping in and flipping out, killing everyone, then disappearing.

Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater is this without the ninjaness.

Some games I've always enjoyed:

Timesplitters series
All the throwback game compilations (Atari, Midway, etc)

I always thought the original GTA on PS1 was fun with the overhead view.

castlevania; lament of innocence- one of my favorite games, alot of people dont like the castlevania's for some reason :( 'prince of persia' is ok, gets old pretty fast though.

ive always wanted to play devil may cry, it seems to get alot of mixed reviews though. has anyone ever played 'harvest moon'.lol, its the craziest game, all you do is make farms and try to keep your crops alive so you can sale them. its weird how a game like that can get addicting..

No, not at all. It's set in ancient greek times where you get to deal with a lot of the gods and stuff like that, it has aries and hates and all that crap. It's basically you running around beating the hell out of everything that moves. It also has a little bit of the whole puzzle solving thing. It's pretty cool cuz there are a bunch of different ways you can kill each type of enemy you come across. Another fun game was the new star wars one, it basically follows the third movie, its pretty fun but kinda short. If you like lord of the rings the second and third game were pretty cool too.

Get Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. You can get that a lot cheaper than Snake Eater, that's for sure, and both are really good games. You really don't need to play Sons of Liberty to understand what goes on in Snake Eater, thankfully, so, should you decide not to get that one and get Snake Eater, there should be no missing plot things.

I think someone mentioned Timesplitters 2. That's a good game, too.

Can't remember if you said you had these or not, but Gran Turismo 3, or 4 (preferably 4 since it's the newest) are good games.

yea MGS2 was one of the only games I ever stuck with to beat, most games just bore me. I always thought the storyline was so good it should be a movie, I have snakeeater but I don't really play it that often.

MGS2 was annoying as hell. Just as I was about to really get into the game there would be some 15 minute cgi video. So I sit through that, then get to playing for another three minutes and another goddmaned video pops up. They should have called it Metal Gear Solid 2: Interruption.

EDIT: I'm speaking of the second of the PS Metal Gear games. That's MGS2, right?
