You guys heard about this?
Former champion Kostya Tszyu appeared on Long Lunch Today, a television program on Fox Sports News in Australia, and during the program he continued to deny his retirement despite the fact that he's been inactive since the 2005 TKO loss to Ricky Hatton. During the program Tszyu making some wild statements about returning to the sport but only if a fight with Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather Jr. or even Shane Mosley was on the table.

Yeh I agree
He doesn't need to fight he has done everything he wanted to anyways and his son can follow the family legacy too

While I agree with you guys I really think its up to Kostya...tune up fight against a B+ opponent at least is a must though before he searches for the big bucks...he was a fool for not challenging Lovemore N'dou for the IBF belt when he had it...unless you guys know something I dont??...maybe a rematch with Hatton in aussie???...kostya would smash him!!!

Kostya is too old now. A tune-up against a B+ fighter? Like who? He is talking about coming back at 147/154. B+ fighters at that range would most likley be too good for Tszyu.
The man was an ATG fighter with an incredible career, no need to tarnish it now.

It's not gonna happen. I simply can't imagine Kostya Tsyzu coming back at this point. I thought he retired prematurely. This talk of a comeback is nonsense. He's a smart man and someone will get in his ear and tell him the score.

The only reason i can see is he must be running out of money or wants a new boat or something. He wants a big name only because a tune up guy could be too good for him at this point. Stay the great you are and dont tarnish your rep Kostya!

I hope he doesnt return
i couldnt see the guy beating any top fighters right now,and its always sad to see a shot yet great fighter getting beaten by someone that couldnt have held their jockstrap back in their heyday

I guess he could fight Morales?
but seriously, I think it's just talk, from what I hear he runs his own gym now and has plenty to keep him busy

I'd actually like to see him come back and I think he can still be as dangerous , the reason why he lost is because of Hatton's style..
