Sky are a total joke, likewise the terrestial mob! All they're good for is dumbed down celeb and talent shows. How much do the BBC pay to screen that Championship and League 1 rubbish? Why is the fight game ignored? We won't even get a delayed broadcast. It might have been showed by Setanta if they'd not gone bust. I lament them going bust. ESPN are even worse than Sky.

Too many big fights missed, esp at HW which is my main interest! We won't get Meehan vs Chag either.

I also think £15 for Froch Kessler is way too steep. Especially the crappy Prime Time coverage. Klitschko Chambers was pretty ppor coverage. 1 commentator who didint come until the main event. Altho only £10 made it reasonable. If they put Arreola Adamek on for a tenner I'd buy it.

British fight fans are being short changed, that's the bottom line.

I think you're maybe confusing the domestic midget scene that Sky put on most Friday's, but you're talking out your bum. There are probably at least 300k Poles who would watch Adamek in this fight from the UK alone. Golota was a national hero there for a number of years, boxing is big in Poland. I'd reckon you could safely get 500k on Sky, and probably well over a million on a terrestial station, even if recording the fight. If it was on prime time it would have made big money via these Polish migrants, so they boobed there! Botha vs Holyfield, that was a no interest bout, yet they stuck that on.

I think the reason is for some reason sky will never show a fight with hbo commentary (which is annoying as hbo are a million times better than sky) so sky will have to fly them out and obviously boxing is not a big priority in their eyes. Also it doesn't help that Ian Darke doesn't only cover boxing

btw does anyone know why sky do not use hbo commentary..will hbo not allow them? because its not like with wwe where sky use jim ross and co
