Does anybody really think Cotto can rule the 140 division? I know hes got potential and is pretty big for 140 but the best opposition Ive seen him fight is Chop Chop and he bucked weighing close to 160 can he really beat Hatton, Tszyu, Mayweather or any of the other legit 140s?

We're lucky to have the Jr. Welter division. I mean really, when was the last time there were this many potentially great jr. welters all in the same div at the same time?

I can't see Cotto staying at 140 based on his weight gains...he also shouldn't be fighting natural 140 lb fighters when he gains that much weight...should at least move north to 147...might have an easier time and there are still great fights at that weight (Judah)...he needs to face a real test before we can know how good he really is.

Mayweather- Will own the divsion, hands down the best boxer in that class. Has so much potenital the only thing that can make him loose is himself. Lack of commitment and training or legal issues.

Cotto- Has a lot of talent also but has trouble with weight (as stated by everyone) will most likely move out and become a star somewhere else.

Harris- Is a very skilled techinan but ducks every big fight and hanst completley proven himself like a lot of the others. Still could be a threat though because of his skill.

Hatton- Looks great and has awsome chin and power but I still dont know if he can box with Mayweather or Harris for 12 rounds.

The only person I see beating Cotto hands down is Mayweather. I would give Harris a very good chance at beating Cotto but I also give Cotto a very good chance at beating Harris. Cotto beats Gatti and Hatton in my opinion.
