Ok i need to get rid of my titties a bit. I mean im no way near fat cos i have flat stomach but my pecks are a bit out of shape. Anyone got any exercises for this without lifting weights.
I think the word is calisthetics (props to Spinxjinx for that) and i prefer that to lifting sum weights up. I mean i have done all type of sit ups and can master these at around 300 a day and can do like 200 press ups a day but these things dont help the old tits.
Thanks for any help.

Press-ups would help, and lifting weights would help alot too, but as yu don't wanna do that....pressups i guess...

Ive been taught and always advocate doing any floor work (crunches push ups squat thrusts etc) fast. Your muscles have slow and fast fibres, and for boxers, particularly at amateur you want your muscles to be explosive, so try doing your pushups faster, they will get ripped alot quicker. Also training hard at all exercises in the gym will give you great upper body definition as you use most if not all of your muscles intensly while boxing

Do it with speed.
If i'm really honest though i find you get the best results from bent over rows, and benchpressing.

diet, pushups, various chest excercises such as cable crossovers and bench press, but seeing how you dislike weights id suggest lots of pushups. make sure your arms are at 90 degree angles though bc the farther you go out the more it works your shoulders.

If you have a little bit of fat on your chest, the only way to get it off, is to burn more calories than you eat. This means doing cardio work ie. running, or regular boxing workouts, while being careful about what, and how much you eat.
If it's muscle mass you're looking for, you need to do something that's a little heavier than push ups. Forget about what that one guy said about push ups and fast muscle fibers. To activate fast twitch fibers, you have to lift pretty heavy (from 80% of your 1 rep max and up). Benchpress is the king of excersises for the chest, if you want to build mass. The muscle fibers with the biggest growth potential are the fast twitch fibers. If you insist on doing pushups, do one arm pushups. Don't worry that you can only do 5 at a time for each arm. Just do multiple sets with a minute or longer, of rest in between. Once you get hardcore, you can move on to handstand pushups. ;)
Also, Bend over rows don't work your pecs AT ALL. Bend over rows work your back, specifically the Rhomboideus, Trapezius, Posterior Deltoid muscles, and a little bit of Bicep.
