I just had my first fight around a week ago. In the last 20 or 30 seconds of the fight I dislocated my right shoulder and I am right handed. But the doctor popped it back in and cause I had one all 2 rounds before and I had been winning the third and there were only 10 seconds left they let me continue and I won. But I found out from my doctor the other day that the x-rays showed that my shoulder had fractured and I cant box or work for around a month. I got a job doing telemarketing until I can go back to my carpentry apprenticeship. But in the mean time are there any exercises I can do to keep myself in half decent shape during this month I have to wait (its actually only like 3 weeks now). I dont really want to come back to the gym in crappy shape becuase I loved the fight and I hope I will be able to do it again really soon. I figure I will go running tomorrow if the doctor says its ok but what other things can i do?
