When you're training/working out, What types of music/artists do you typically listen to?
Myself, anything from the rocky soundtrack, or some bouncy 80s hip-hop :boxing:

good question, my trainer puts radio on, which sux, but when by myself listen 2 rap. goota be fast beats, so ya workout tempo high. I dont know why, but i cant stand techno. hasnt got any soul, its computers n shit. RJJ music is alright, i reckon that has some fast beats.

I only listen to music for a small portion of my workout for some reason, but I don't actually know why. The Rocky soundtrack is classic of course, but don't count out The Karate Kid ("you're the best...around").

rap has no heart?, rap originated from African slaves who developed beats and folk song to take their minds off their stress and supressive rule they were under. Rap, hip hop and jazz, and most music genres all have extensve histories dating back centuries ago. Think before speak my friend.

Maybe the music the slaves were making had some heart, as for the rap out there today, its just noise, very bad noise. The only reason people listen to it is for the bass, the words and the rest of the music make no sence. At least thats how i feel about it

rock has no heart

all that metal all sound the same: some drum beat with overdrive guitars and a guy roaring some pointless lyrics what dont make no sense and are just designed to offend old grannies. its pointless. also the artists are psychos. i roll with some who listen to it and no enough about it. megadeath and metallica beef cos someone killed the otherones dog. whats that all about

rap music if you listen to what the people are saying is the best music around...how can you say an artist like nas has no heart. 50 cent maybe but a lot of rappers have heart.

"black music" as some call it is better than "white music"...and just in case you wondered - im white

Think outside the box foolish one. Black on the outside doesnt always nexessarily mean ur appearance, it can mean ur immediate personality (ie what impression people get of you when they first open their mouth and talk to you.) The inward appearances (white in your case) come when u get to know some1's actual personality. Not always do i speak literally.

The force is not with you anymore. Be gone.

WTF? so ur saying a white guy is black on the outside because he talk like one and dress like one but he is white on the inside because after all that hes actually white?

and i not a jedi?? i guess thats a big loss

Why sound so surprised. Thats a perfectly normal deduction. some1 hu appears on the outside shell to be black, by just the way they are. But then u get to know them and realise they really do have the personality of a stereotypical white person (mainly because they are) instead of a stereotypical black person, as you may have initially thought.
