According to the Puerto Rican press, former world champ Manuel Medina will be involved in an IBF official eliminator at 130 lbs on August 20. Medina (64-14; 30KOs) is scheduled to fight unbeaten José Cotto (26-0; 18KOs) in Puerto Rico.
