ah thanks sorry i havnt learned the weight conversions yet lol...well its like this...if ur tryna get to a weight to fight at u really gotta decide where u wanna b first...if you are lifting weights, running, etc..then you will b cutting body fat percentage but also at the same time u may be gaining weight as muscle does weigh more that fat. If you are wanting to lean up and lose total weight i'd keep the lifting not to a minimum but ur heavy lifting to a minimum..and for a boxer..key is to stretch, stretch, and keep stretching...being bulky doesnt limit ur range so much as jus not being flexible altho bulky does make u lose some range for sure...more than likely u have high body fat % wich means if u cut it while lifting and some water i'd be willing to bet u could get to 180 pretty easy and not give up the weights...i may be all over the place with this answer sorry if I am sometimes i get excited tryna answer and it ends up not makeing since the first time lol

yeah instead of say sets of 3 with heavier weights cut it to 4 or 5 sets with lighter weights and more reps..throwing in some explosion exercises..for example...say ur benching...slowly drop the bar to ur chest...soon as it touches throw it up hard and fast as u can then repeat...now u dont want this to b too light a weight but of course not too heavy either
