I think this will be a good fight at 175, who do yall think would win? Imean hopkins is 40 and has to gain 15lbs that allot to ask for from a 40 year old in boxing. I think RJJ would win another Desicion.

jones has looked awful in his last two and hasnt fought in a long ass time. hopkins is on top of the boxing world right now, i say hopkins beats jones by decision if the washed up jones shows up

Could be a close competitive fight, but 15 pounds is too much and Hopkins does not even Ko middleweights. If Jones brings some of his A game, he should win a decision.

Below 175, that would be another story. Hopkins would outpoint a drained and tired Jones.

HOPKINS BY KO!!! Johnson hit roy on the temple and ko'd him, and roy was on the canvas for 15-20 mins. and he looked like **** in that fight. Hopkins will rough him up something fierce, no doubt! this is hopkins revenge fight, roy doesn't stand a chance. age, weight, size, none of that matters, even if hopkins loses to taylor( which wont happen ) he'll still ko roy at this point in time in their careers....plus roy don't want that fight, that or he would have met with hopkins for a rematch at a catch weight a long time ago,( and wouldn't have hid behind the money ) cause even though roy got the win, it probably felt like a loss physically. hopkins is the kind of fighter that not a lot of people want to fight more than once, cause he inflicts some serious pain on his opponents and the ones that did, got stomped and give him his respect for his skill after the fights...... roy WILL get ko'd!!!!! no question, no doubt, roy can't move like he used to, and hopkins works people over harder than johnson, probably hits harder too( even being lighter in weight )........Hopkins 6th round ko, jones out cold again, if it even happens.....mark my words. i'm that confident about it!!!!!

I doubt this fight will happen but if it does I would pick Roy Jones, believe it or not.

I wouldn't support Roy in any more fights and I think BHop would KTFO of him.

Now that Roy has lost twice by brutal KO's this fight is competitive. This fight would draw big numbers and is a fight that both fighters should look for as both are past their primes and both have legit chances of winning.

rjj was not on the canvas 15-20 min. because of the punch it was because his head hit the canvas . also rjj was not motivated for this fight at all you could tell during the fight he did not want to be there . after the bhop vs. taylor fight he will have the motivation to fight the winner , and when rjj is motivated he can't be beat he showed us that for 15 yrs .

Why do you think that. RJJ hasn't hurt anyone bad for a while, but has been KTFO his last 2 fights. In my opinion Hopkins by UD or late stoppage.

I am picking Hopkins on this one. I think it will be a UD also. Hopkins is just too skilled. RJJ is past his best now whilst Bernard seems to be thriving on top. My pick -> Hopkins. I don't think the fight will ever happen. RJJ would not take it. It would have a big gate, but its too dangerous for RJJ who is looking shaky at best.

Roy Jones is still a good boxer and Hopkins style is perfect for him...I dont kno y people dont see that...Tarver got Jones good with one punch...Johnson pressured him all fight...Hopkins just runs and thats perfect for Roy he will win another Land slid decision...
