Skinny arms, fat belly - that's my problem.

I basically want to loose my belly and get big arms.

How do I go about doing this?

Is it fat or is it bloat? Two very different things.

He didn't even mention wanting to box. So who is to say he doesn't want big arms?

You'll have to do more compound workouts to help build your arms such as pushups, pullups and dips. Try to perform a high volume of these. Not only will your arms grow but so will your chest and back. As far as your belly, you have to change your diet an High protein High fiber low carbs low sodium. Incorporate more cardio such as sprints into your workout.

Being over presumptuous assuming he wanted to box in a boxing training forum, how silly of me.

Had the same problem once... Just do as many press ups/push ups as you possibly can, and don't give up.. The weight in your gut will increase the power in your arms and as you loosen up, you'll increase the repititions, which will in turn, tighten up your midriff (ie - it will shrink)..

You got no choice but to lose weight overall. Yes, your arms will get even skinner, but so will your belly.

The trick is to work out your arms so they don't look like sticks by the time your belly fat is gone.

Diet and cardio are really key here. You cant isolate where the fat comes off. Try to eat smaller meals more often and lots of protein to help build muscle. Drink plenty of water to help your body flush.

If your body building, I would focus on shoulders and triceps for big arms. To many people over work there biceps imo.
