Does anyone have any quality combos or drills to use on the floor to ceiling bag?

Thanks.

When I first began using the double end bag I had the large size. Iwould do round after round circling left then right jabbing each time my left foot moved, then double jabbing, etc... After a bit I worked in my right, then the hook then uppercuts from each hand and finally 3 and 4 punch combos. Ultimately I worked a "peanut" bag and could land jab/leftuppercut/lefthook trios all night. There are a few things to rmember about these bags: first, throw proper punches, snap your jab out, twist on your hook and right, etc...Many have a tendency to hit it for effect like a speed bag and I don't think that is productive. Second, always hit the bag as it comes to you, like you'd time an opponent to maximize impact. This, I feel, is the true merit in the bag; you quickly learn that distance dictates the shift of weight on your feet, the twist in your hips etc.. In other words, landing a "1-2" from outside is much different than a uppercut/hook combo right off your chest. This will teach you how incidental the hands and arms are to punching and how to get the most into each punch.
