I was wondering do u have to be 18 or older to get a personal trainer?Because the trainers in my gym dont really talk to u unless u have already started sparring then will start really talking to u,im either going to get a new trainer or go to a different gym?what do yall think

u can get a personal trainer at any age. Think about what is gonna stop u, the law? no its not illegal to not be fat. As long as ur paying them they will train u simple as.

Oh and change gym id say cos if they dont even take u serious unless u sparr then ur gym is shit.

i meant that the people there meaning the people that train there and trainers wont give u alot of advice unless u start sparring,and the coach get's pissed off if we stay at the gym for more than one hour because he says he's not babysitting
