Who wins and why?
Corrales has shown us all his better skills vs. Casamayor 2 Frietas and Castillo.

Mayweather says he wants to fight everyone but yet has faces a top fighter, Chop chop is good but for a fighter like Cotto one that’s up and coming

Who do you think will win and in what fashion

I say Chico, but that's just cause I'm a PBF hater.

I dont want to see this fight again. It apparent that Corrales does not match up well against Mayweather he got mauled by him last time. I want Corrales to fight Castillo again or some of the guys at the 140 pound weight class like Gatti or Hatton or maybe Erik Morales before I want to see him Mayweatther again. He sucks against Mayweather.

Castillo on the other hand many felt he deserved the descison in his first fight against Mayweather. And the second fight was also very close. Corrales just matches up bad against Mayweather.

Useless rematch. Chico was shut out then knocked out.

Chico barely escaped the Casamyor fight...anyone think Floyd and Joel on on par with each other?

Chico was losing by a decent margin against Popo until the end came, does anyone think that Freitas and Floyd are on par with each other?

Im with Mooks and McKay...these two should not be matched up against one another again...and the funny thing is that Chico knows this.

Mayweather would merc Corrales like he did the first time. Corrales just doesn't have the right abilities to give Mayweather trouble.

Goossen slows the groth of skills of Diego I think. Diego made a great step forward in the Freitas fight by introducing series in his style. But good trainer must rise his defense and make him to use his jab. Diego promised a surprise in the Freitas fight. And he did it - it were series. But he promised to use jab against Jose Luis and there wasn't it in this fight.
Diego can be a super boxer. But now he's just another hammerman.
Many call him another Gatti.
He could destroy Floyd but probably he need McGirt because Floyd will outclass him again now.

This would be the most intriguing of any rematch of a fight where one fighter won every minute of every round.

Before saying that there should be a rematch, watch the first fight again. Going into the fight, I think that the fight odds showed Mayweather as a slight favorite or an even fight.

If there was a rematch, I think that the odds would be pretty close, but I would not be surprised if Mayweather did the same think that Freitas did except for 12 rounds.

I would go with Mayweather again. Probably not as dominating as he did the first time but still an easy decision.

So much has changed since the first fight. Corrales is ridiculously better and Mayweather is the same. With a heart like Corrales', I can never pick against him. Never.

Corrales by late, late, late TKO

the move up in weight might mean the wifebeater is stronger, but i still can't see him knocking mayweather out, which is what it would take. PBF wins by dec

This thread is ridiculous. Corrales couldn,t beat Floyd if he had three arms. Corrales/Floyd 2 would be a total waste of time.

I would love to see Chico at 140..It would be a better match than Gatti-Floyd.

That is probably a pretty fair statement...it just reminds me how much ado about nothing the Gatti v. PBF fight is. I would love Gatti v. Corrales...Diego would knock him out but it would be a great 3-5 round war while it lasted.

Wait, if Chico is a top fighter, and Mayweather has yet to fight a top fighter, which is untrue?

Mayweather already slapped him around; we don't need that again. He also beat Castillo, and N'Dou. He's going for all the top guys at 140 now, too.

DeigoFuego, the only way he'd win by late TKO is if Gatti punched himself out, and that doesn't happen. Corrales will NEVER be able to beat Pretty Boy.

I agreeance with some people here. Corralles' trainer is his hinderance now. That guy is not a world class trainer. I think that he is good but not great. In order to reach greatness coralles would have needed Buddy in his corner.
