Cotto is going to light abdulaev up this time around. He was flooring Corley left and right, and administered him his first knockout loss. This will be very brutal and 1 sided considering Abdulaev is an easy target, and by no means a slick fighter. I would be shocked if Cotto won by means other than a knockout: Let alone lost the fight.

I think there's avery good chance of it. Everyone suddenly jumped off his bandwagon due to his "KO" loss. That guy wasn't out and if he spoke English better would have finished and won that fight.

Cotto's shine ain't quite as bright after the "win" over that cross dresser who put him on queer street.

Cotto has faced tougha oppositions in my opinion. If Cotto is the real deal I see him as, he should KO this guy in less than 4 rounds.

So he was punching Abdullaev to the body? He didn't fall out like Pinto did either; you may be right but Abdullaev's loss seems uncharacteristic for the guy I witnessed fight several times on tv.

Yeah, yeah. 10 seconds don't go by faster in English than in any other language. Also, I'm sure he can still see the ref's fingers as he counts, right? There is no language-barrier excuse for getting KO'd.

But, don't sleep on this kid, either. He has 12 KO's in 16 fights, that's a great %. The kid has power.

I watched the amateur fight between these two and even though Abdulaev won, I was more impressed with Cotto. Cotto is faster and stronger than Abdulaev. Cotto can rip three punches off before Abby can counter.

Cotto is bigger, stronger, faster and hits harder... he'll get his shine back when he KO's Abdulaev in impressive fashion.

Everyone is so confident that Cotto is gonna win..

Yesterday, Muhammad Abdullaev said his Olympic win over Miguel Cotto in 2000 was the blueprint he'll use to defeat Cotto for the WBO title on June 11 at Madison Square Garden. Today Cotto responded. "He is in for a rude awakening if he thinks he is going to be fighting the same 19-year-old he did in Australia," said Cotto. "The Olympic chapter is over. I am a true professional. I am there to do the job. I have grown a lot over the past five years and he will see come June 11 that it is not the same 19-year-old."

Identical fighting style. Cotto is a bit busier and has more power. If he wants to hit that body, he better hit it early and often, because Mayweather moves completely out of the way he someone tries to hit him in the body.

All that being said, we haven't seen any of this against Mayweather caliber guys so the jury is still out. I'd give you 300 million points though if PBF slapped Cotto around like a school-boy though. That would definitely never happen.

I think Cotto is a bigger scarier version of Castillo with better skills and handspeed. Castillo is just so good now because he is so experienced and knows his game perfectly, something Cotto does not quite know yet.
