whats better for boxing Plyrometrics or Calisthenics or a combination of both?
and should they be done on different days or within the same session of training? wb thanks guys! :)

Calisthenics done plyometrically. In other words do your pushups explosively, and don't worry too much about perfect form and full range motion - that just slows you down. Same with all your other calisthenics.
In boxing we depend on a explosive fast twitch muscle response, so this is what we should focus on training.
Spending a lot of time hitting the heavy bag is at least as important.
These exercises won't make you look like a bodybuilder, but they will make you look like a boxer, and enhance your boxing athleticism.
