View Full Version : How far prior should I eat before a sprints session?

I wanted to see what you guys thought. I usually have a meal 2.5 hrs before and a snack an hour before.

That's exactly what I do. I know people who can eat a decent sized meal half an hour before working out and do ok, likewise people who feel bloated unless they've waited 4 hours so I guess it depends on the body/metabolism.
