So I was hitting on this girl in a bar right and she tells me she's half irish, half phillipino. And I was like cool, I've dated some pinoy's before. So I'm thinking that Pinoy's is abbreviated off of phillipino's. And she told me that Pinoy's meant "little boy". What's up with that?
I was hammered but is this true?

First of all it's filipino and not phillipino. Pinoy comes from yes the last four letters of filipino with y at the end. Little boy in pinoy is batang pinoy. Did I answer your question? Maybe that grew up in da states so just go with the flow . What's important is you stay sweet with her and just be yourself and do the most important thing that two people dating should be doing and I think you know what it is. lol!
