View Full Version : Muhammad Ali vs. Sugar Ray Leonard
ceboxer15 05-29-2005, 10:13 PM Okay I know one is a heavyweight and the other was a middleweight, but think about it, they both keep their left jab low, dance around the ring, and throw fast combos. I think Ali would win by UD. Who do you think would win?
jack_the_rippuh 05-29-2005, 11:06 PM If weight wasn't a factor Sugar Ray Leonard would beat him.
buff_mike10 05-30-2005, 12:38 AM Ali would knock him out within 4 rounds. Leonard couldn't take punches from a heavyweight, there's no way he could take punches from the second greatest heavweight of all time

czars_salad 05-30-2005, 02:06 AM another well-thought thread
kapersky 05-30-2005, 06:32 AM come on pls.... lmao
onetwopunch 05-30-2005, 06:43 AM Ali would obliterate Sugar in like 3 rounds, Ali was quick hit hard was smart and would toy with Leornard

leonard rushed to ER for traumatic head injuries
A middleweight stands no chance against one of the greatest heavyweights of all time. Muhammad Ali by ko1. But if we imagine this as a p4p match up, it can get interesting. I still consider Ali the better fighter though. Muhammad Ali by UD.
The Italian Stallion 05-30-2005, 02:44 PM Didn't Ali fight as a middleweight in the Olmpics?
I believe when ever Leonard needed to step it up, he did, and then some.
Ali by UD

No, I think Ali fought at light heavy in the olympics.
gravity62 05-30-2005, 09:53 PM He fought at Light Heavyweight.
jabsRstiff 06-01-2005, 03:54 PM A ridiculous question. No answer for it.
solo1bc 06-05-2005, 06:14 AM But this is fantasy fights right?
IF they were both in the same weight class... Sugar Ray I'd say!
Rocky_Balboa 06-05-2005, 08:10 AM As much as I love Leonard, Ali would win in Round 1 or 2 or 3 maximum.
devils03 06-08-2005, 09:04 PM Gotta Go with Ali
Skydog 07-27-2005, 04:02 AM Who the first
Possibly Joe Louis?
rocco1252 08-01-2005, 04:35 PM If weight was not a factor I would have to say it would be a decision on Ali's end but if we were considering who they were for real then Ali would obliderate Leonard within 4 rounds!
Ali KO
Dempsey 1919 01-09-2006, 12:59 AM an old ali ko'd george foreman, one of the strongest chins in hostory, so imagine what a young ali could do to a little middleweight.
ali ko 1 in 2 minutes, when he lands about 6 or 7 good shots.
Brockton Lip 01-09-2006, 01:01 AM Ali easy 1st round KO.
