I realize this is a very different sort of a "impressive performance" but I would have to say Archie Moore versus Yvon Durelle.

If that had been held today, imagine how many times it would've been stopped in Durelle's favor?

Roy Jones KTFO Montell Griffin in their second fight. The complete combination of speed, power, punching, that fight believe it or not turned me into a hardcore boxing fan, and RJ fan.

De Jesus vs Duran III

Everything you could want in a fighter combined. Aggression, speed, amazing defense, combination punching up and down....Just a perfect performance against another legendary lightweight fighter in their prime.

Pretty much. The Duran the fought Jesus the 3rd time and Leonard the 1st time was exactly that.

A bit off topic, don't you think that the Viruet fight (from that golden period) already hints at Duran having problems with movers?
