It is hard because I have alot of beautiful latina co workers and friends who make it much harder to control, they do not know I am making this commitment but it seems when I resist there invitations they think I am playing hard to get! all of a sudden when I don't want to be intimate they want me more!

My goal is to not partake in any sex, masterbation or what not till I meet my goals I am 5 feet 8 inches tall and 147 pounds my goal is to get up to 155 pounds until I get to that no SEx. I have been in the first 2 weeks and I am already suffering. I cannot stop thinking about this and working with these hot girls and going to school with hot girls makes it harder especially when they think your playing hard to get.


anyone know any secrets and please give me advice if you have tried the no sex rule.

I was talking about playing it cool. I just quoted his statement. I have no idea why you cant have sex.

I barely learned that rule the least interest you show sexy women the more they want you! I learned that recently haha. I would not take any of those chicks serious though to many head games but to go at it with a fling yes I have a weakness for thick latina chicks.

j/k brother, anyhow the reason behind this theory is that you build up more testosterone by not gettin' busy before a fight, and you become more feisty and testy and will be more furious between the ropes (this was Ali's theory anyhow)

That's just an old myth, you have to give your body what it needs.
I don't see why having sex is going to slow you from gaining 8 lbs. Hook up with one of those sexy latinas, **** like rabbits and have a Mexican plate afterwards.

Sex burns up valuable resources your body needs. Ever see a dog around half a dozen *****es in heat? Sometimes the male won't survive an experience like that.

Anyway, the lack of self control and discipline of younger people these days amazes (and frightens) me. How damned hard is it to keep your clothes on? Same with cheating husbands. Sure there's a temptation, but why the hell give into it and take the risks that go along with it? Not to mention never being able to tell your wife truthfully that you've never cheated on her. As much as I despise the ***** I'm married to, I couldn't live with that sort of deceipt.
