i love boxign so much that i would fight injured

plus im natrually righty
my right hand is much stronger than my left
and i punch faster at orthodox

i jsut cant move for shit as orthodox

maybe you should practice more in that stance! practice makes perfect. i use to always think my right is stronger but i know definitely my left hook is stronger than a straight right! my trainer made me throw 1000+ jabs each day + other drills with 16oz gloves, and i became the quickest puncher there! and im right handed, but i jab with left all the time(to make it better.) I hardly ever throw the right only when i see an opening/an when i think its the right time. my 2cents

boxer2k5- o ya man another thing is, my trainer always told me over an over( dont wait for your opponent to throw punches, youre in there to win not wait around). if that was me sparring you man i would have defintely taken adavntage of your hesitating and you not throwing that many punches. im no proffessional but i have seen amateurs fight/spar, and they defintley dont wait to punch, there in there to win. Its either kill or be killed, thats the way i see it and thats the way i train/fight/spar. just trying to be helpful

That's my same problem.
I have a great left jab, but I can't move orthodox so I fight southpaw.

my trainer made me spar southpaw, one day bcuz i through a jab and through my arm or shoulder out of place. so she immediately said siwtch to southpaw until the round was over, and it felt odd fighting southpaw. but after the round was over i could barely lift/move my left arm bcuz of the injury.
