If B-hop defeats Jermain Taylor I think the boxing community should give him the respect he deserves. I don't want to hear after the fight that Taylor was too young, thats not Bernard's problem. Hopkins deserves all the respect in the world for taking this fight, he is fighting #1 middleweight prospect at 40 years old. If Bernard wins even if its not exciting thats an incredible feat in my opinion. How will you view Bernard Hopkins if he is victorious come July 16th? I will view him as one of the greatest fighters of all time and an all time great athlete in general.

Win or lose, I have a huge amount of respect for Hopkins. Taking this kind of fight in this stage of his career takes a lot of balls. I think he'll win, but it won't be crowd pleasing.

I already have lots of respect for Hopkins, and with no doubt he is one of the best ever in the sport. He needs to fight Winky to complete his career

I really think Winkey would be a tough matchup for b-hop. Taylor will be tough - but not as tough as Winkey for Bernard. If he gets past Taylor that is the logical fight - but I think he would move up and go for a big fight against Tarver or Johnson (or even Roy if RJJ comes back and fights Tarver or Jonson)I would be astounded if B-hop and Winky got it on.
