ive always been inflexible, but its starting to become pretty detrimental to my training. im doing a lot more weightlifting and stuff for "offseason" training, but my movement feels limited and my recovery time seems slower than normal.
anybody got any good stretching programs or general advice for increasing flexibility?

play a team sport in off-season, it does wonders... 1) u stretch without even knowing 2) u get fitter without even knowing it 3) theres heaps of other benefits socially, psychologically...
